fishingboatproceeds: Yeah, this basically sums up my unpopular preference for Fahrenheit as a measurement of temperature. I want a number (usually positive) that will describe my personal experience of the weather. That is all I want a temperature scale to do: I want it to give me a large number when it is hot and a very small number, or even a negative one, when it is cold. I realize there are culinary/scientific/medical reasons to cite temperatures as well, but what I MOST need temperature to do is express the relationship between the air and my skin. Agreed.
